Your rep account is the central hub for all of your activity on Source.
There are 4 sections of your rep account:
1. Your Profile
This is where you can update your contact information and upload a profile image for A+D members to see when they are searching our rep finder.
2. Your Products
This is where you can view all the products that are assigned to your account via the Source platform. If you see any issues you can submit an update to our Digital Resources team using these instructions.
3. Your Projects
This is where you will see a list of projects that your products are in consideration for. This information is based on sample orders.
A+D users on our platform have explicitly opted in to sharing this information with you when they placed the sample order. We are unable to share project information beyond this to protect the privacy of our A+D clients.
You can use the "Export CSV" to download a list of your projects to transfer into a CRM. You can connect with our sales team at email@example.com about a paid integration.
4. Your Orders
This is where you will find an item by item view of samples that have been requested on your account.
You will also receive an email notification for each order that comes through.
In this view you are able to mark whether or not the sample request has been fulfilled. The default status is "New".
