Source's main goal is to connect the commercial construction community, and we are constantly building out new ways to make this happen.
Currently, you have 3 ways to track your activity on the Source platform.
Now let's dive into the contents of each one.
1. Email Notifications
When a designer or architect places a sample order, those requests are immediately sent to the rep who covers the designer either via territory, vertical, or however you split your territory. The requests belonging to each rep get routed to them after placing the order. This is an example of what that email communication looks like:
2. Your Projects
This is where you will see a list of projects that your products are in consideration for. This information is based on sample orders.
A+D users on our platform have explicitly opted in to sharing this information with you when they placed the sample order. We are unable to share project information beyond this to protect the privacy of our A+D clients.
You can use the "Export CSV" to download a list of your projects to transfer into a CRM. You can connect with our sales team at firstname.lastname@example.org about a paid integration.
3. Your Orders
This is where you will find an item by item view of samples that have been requested on your account.
You will also receive an email notification for each order that comes through.
In this view you are able to mark whether or not the sample request has been fulfilled. The default status is "New".
